They are now selling Puradak Chicken which is a popular chicken chain in Korea. I got the black aglio (6/10) and jalapeno mayo (8/10). The chicken wasn't very crispy or juicy so I was sad about that but the flavor of the jalapeno mayo was very good. The concept of the restaurant was kinda confusing but overall it's a 7/10.

Located on the top floor of the Source OC, Orange Blossom is regaining some popularity from their partnership with Puradak, a famous chicken chain in Korea with its name originating from a humorous play on the brand Prada + dak, which means chicken in Korean. Puradak is known for its crispy oven-fried chicken, which makes it supposedly healthier and taste less greasy. I ordered a half-and-half boneless and half-and-half bone-in of their top 4 flavors. While on the pricier side of Korean fried chicken, the flavor, juiciness, and crispiness of the chicken were well worth the price. I would definitely recommend getting boneless as it was much easier to eat, had more meat, and they were all juicy dark meat/thigh meat too. My top flavor was the Pepper Mayo; it's creamy with just the right amount of heat. But I really recommend getting the half and half as it is very saucy and requires something else to overcome the rapid flavor fatigue. If you like/tolerate spice, I would pair it with the Mabulro. If you want something more sweet/aren't a huge fan of saucy chicken, I'd recommend the Corn-somazing which is dry rub. If you want a sweet saucy chicken, the Black aglio is also famous but it was my least favorite as it was too sweet and salty for my tastebuds. Because their chicken is so well cooked, the regular fried chicken would also be a great pairing. Overall, I'm ecstatic Puradak is in the States and I hope it's here to stay.

This restaurant is a hidden GEM!!! I low-key didn't want to even share the great news in an attempt to gatekeep this location, but it's not fair to everyone in the community: so here I Am! (lol) This location has the best, most fresh, asian fusion food out there! We have loved the fried rice options, Thai food options, and seafood options. We've come multiple times now and are always looking forward to the exceptional service, price, and quality. The ambiance is nice enough, where you feel like it's a special night, but not too fancy where you feel you have to dress-up. The best thing about coming here is the complimentary pineapple tea they give you at the end of your meal! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great meal and up for trying a variety of entrees!
